Refund Policy
Thank you for using Aniway.
Aniway provides subscription-based digital services including access to anime, manga, and light novels, as well as creator monetization features. Because these services are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
No Refunds for Active Subscriptions
All plans offered by Aniway are monthly subscription services. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it will not be refunded or partially refunded for the remaining period of that billing cycle.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and the user will continue to have access to the subscribed features until that period expires.
Exception
If Aniway permanently shuts down its services or discontinues the platform, we will issue appropriate refunds for any remaining active subscription period, where applicable.
